Why Perfect Power Swing is So Successful For All Golfers

FEATURED VIDEO WITH GOLF’S MOST SUCCESSFUL COACH

Coach Mike O’s PPG Swings’ Amazing Success story.

“I’ve always believed that golf is more difficult than it should be. So many swing thoughts, so much timing involved, so many moving parts in the golf swing. Too much frustration with good shot then bad shot, good hole than bad hole. Hit your driver good one day and bad the next, so much inconsistency it drives a passionate golfer crazy!! We’ve truly developed a golf swing that eliminates the errors caused by too many moving parts. Finally a simpler grip, a true lever of power and a power stance that’s the same swing for every club! We’ve had everyone play the best golf of their lives shooting the lowest scores ever, with over 100 hole in ones because we have a simpler repeatable swing method that actually works for everyone!!”

Here’s the Real Truth about the golf swing for amateurs. USGA states that 80% of all golfers shoot 100 and above!

(A very high failure rate that equals over 25 million golfers).

Every other golf swing teaches confusing error causing variables –

  • Clubface rotation -must be perfect right at impact.
  • Weight shift- back then forward thru contact.
  • Head Still – or bottom of swing changes.
  • Keep wrist angle – until last second for power.
  • Keep swing on plane – single plane or 2 plane??
  • Different Address Position -than at ball hit position.
  • Different swing for different clubs – wedge thru driver.
  • Different top of back swing – for different clubs.
  • Requires continual practice – to keep timing perfect.
  • Right hand dominance – decreases power of every swing.

Here is a small portion of the feedback and amazing success stories sent from golfers all over the world who are now using The Perfect Power Golf Swing.

My passion to help everyone play better golf, to truly enjoy this greatgame using our simple, powerful, accurate swing method is so rewarding when I hear back from golfers who have benefited fromlearning how to use PPG swing.”

(Editors Note – Perfect Power Golf was initially named Simple Power Swing, simple swing so that is what some golfers are referencing.)

“Mike, Just wanted to let you know how the game is coming since our lessons. I struggled with everything for a couple of weeks and then the swing just clicked. I have played 4 straight rounds of golf and only hooked the ball twice, that is almost a miracle for me. I am hitting many more fairways and greens and the guys I play with are all amazed at the quick transformation. I think the lessons may be the best money I ever spent.
I don’t have any scores to brag about because I have been intentionally playing scrambles for the last few weeks. I want to get a some confidence in the swing without the pressure of worrying about a score. I am signed up for scrambles both days this weekend but I think next weekend I will skip the scrambles and play golf.

Thanks again for you help. It has made a world of difference to me.

“Played round of golf after getting home… 45 degrees. north wind @20mph/gusty. Shot 88 with most fairways hit, no 3 putts and more solid irons than i am accustomed to hitting. Pretty pleased overall. thanks for all the help”

Dear Mike

I have tried several single axis golf methods and they all work! I have tried Natural Golf, Graves golf and the Herd Super swing. I have had success with all of them. What I have learned over the past 20 years is that the methods all work and if they do not work for you, it is because you have not mastered the method! It is like trying to buy a golf swing by spending thousands on the latest and greatest golf equipment. It can’t be done! I know, because I am one of the guys that thought “it can’t be me, it must be the equipment”. The latest technology will certainly enhance your golf journey, but if you don’t have that swing, you don’t have a thing!

In my opinion, PPS is the best! It is everything that it is advertised to be. I don’t follow the swing to the “letter of the law”, I think there is room for individuality. I use a ten finger grip, and tend to hit with my right side more than I should. I have tried swinging through with the left side but I am very much a right sided person. In my opinion, the thing that has to be mastered is the (core power) turning of the shoulders. If you get this right, amazing things will happen! Straight, powerful shots, lower scores because you are not in trouble. (OB, hazards, etc.) It is all about the Power Triangle! Glue your lead arm bicep to your chest, turn your shoulders around your spine so your lead shoulder turns level to the ground, do not, I repeat, do not manipulate your hands in any way. If you do, you will ruin your swing. At the beginning of my back swing, I like to see the club head move straight back for the first few inches. It guards against the club coming too far to the inside a getting “stuck” behind your body on the down swing. I suggest that you finish your back swing when your lead arm is parallel to the ground and your trail elbow should just naturally bend , pointing down at the ground and keeping it next to your hip. (don’t let the trail elbow fly behind you like a chicken wing) Once you have this move mastered feel free to turn your shoulders to the maximum for maximum power. To have powerful shots, the down swing again has to be done with core power. Keep that Power Triangle in tact, and rotate your shoulders through the ball. Do not ruin your down swing by hitting with your arms and hands! I promise you, that if you get the “core power” shoulder turn correct, your shots will be straight and powerful. You will have a sense of accomplishment and pride in yourself because you mastered the swing and golf is fun again! Gone are all the swing thoughts, the latest tips in magazines, your head is now clear. All you think about now is your shot, address the ball and execute! Be ready to post lower scores, success is sweet! Thanks PPS

“Several pitching wedges inside of 3 ft!! One on the lip! Chipped in three times recently. Hitting a lot of fairways, some really long for me. 240 yds. Had a 40 on front side last week and am a firm believer in Symple putting with my Symple putter. thanks so much.”

My first time on this board.

Some history on myself: I like many others, struggled playing conventional golf. I always fought with poor accuracy, a huge slice and a very high handicap.

About 5 years ago I tried Natural golf. That helped alot, but still not great. Last spring I signed up at the Graves golf site and also bought the DVD from Scott Hazledine. But you still need coordination to swing properly. I don’t have the required coordination.

I ran across the ad for your swing so I ordered a couple dvd’s. Since it was the end of the season by now, I figured I would start practicing in my garage using a net.

I was able to go the driving range to properly work on the SS. I had my first round of golf last week. I broke 100. For me that is good. My accuracy was much better. My problem was getting the right distance on my short game.

After I get some more practice, I will take a video of my swing and send it in for analysis.

I feel that I am on the right track with SS. I should be hitting the low 90′s soon.

Thanks

“Shot an 81 yesterday. Not a personal best, but it is the best I have done since late last year. I was screwing around on the practice range a few days ago and tried hitting with a baseball grip (no overlap). Started hitting them very straight. I took it to the course for the first time yesterday and had the best day ever with my driver. Every drive was in the fairway or within a club-length of the fairway. I burned a few strokes because my distances with the wedges changed a little with the new grip. I was hitting the wedges higher and shorter than before and that caused me to miss a few greens. Only had 3 bad strokes (all 7 irons for some reason) where I lost focus and pulled the shot. Had 31 putts. No 3-putts, but I did not sink anything over 6 feet the whole day. Not sure why the baseball grip is working for me. It just feels more stable and in control. Can’t wait to play some more.”

“I have been a Simple swinger since about March 2009. Over the last 17 months, I have watched and re-watched the instructional videos, and spent many hours at the practice range. I have struck the ball more consistently, putted better in spurts, but overall my game has been inconsistent. In fact my handicap has actually gone up 2 strokes in the past year to a lifetime high of 18. But I committed to the program and have kept with it. Well, the light has gone on! It seems that everything has finally begun to sink in. I feel very comfortable over the ball, with all parts of my swing, and also putting. I also just purchased a new driver that has added about 15-20 yards off the tee. The results; an 82 last Saturday and an 81 today, and except for one shot from a really bad stance that I pulled OB, could have broken 80 today. It really feels good to play golf like this and I can’t say enough about simple golf. For any of you that are feeling frustrated, remember, if you have committed to simple golf, you have likely changed EVERYTHING! That takes a little time to sink in, but trust me, I think the light will go on!”

“Took the simple swing out on league the first time. Took 8 strokes off my game. Had a rough couple of years after Knee and shoulder surgery and was about to give up. Looking forward to enjoying golf again!!”

“Today I played a course that I’ve played maybe 5x, and my previous personal best was mid-80s. Today I shot a 76 – about 10 strokes better than before! I was +1 through 13 when I allowed another player to join me. I proceeded to bogey the next 3 holes – I guess I lost focus for 2 holes and then yanked a drive on the 3rd. In any case, it was a personal best on this course and 1 stroke off my all time best from last year. I was pleased.”
